Slow Food St. Louis has awarded $60,000 over the past six years, supporting over 200 different varieties and breeds. We are offering grant money to further support biodiversity in the St. Louis (and surrounding area) food system.

SloWednesday offers films, panel discussions and informal workshops on a host of food and farm related topics. SloWednesday is the second Wednesday of every month March-November at the Crown Room at Schlafly Bottleworks, 7260 Southwest Ave.in Maplewood 63143, at 7:30pm (doors open at 7:00). The cost is a suggested donation of $5. Proceeds benefit Slow Food St. Louis’ Small Farm Micro Biodiversity Grant, which has given $67,000 to local farmers over the past six seasons.
