Slow Food St. Louis is pleased to announce that our 9th annual Feast in the Field, a multi-course dining extravaganza crafted by St. Louis’ top culinary talent, will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2014. This year’s Feast in the Field is a celebration in honor of Claverach Farm & Vineyard and their dedication to helping feed St. Louis sustainably.
The evening’s menu will be coordinated by Chef Cassy Vires of Home Wine Kitchen and prepared by an all-star line-up of St. Louis’ top culinary talent. Participating restaurants and culinary operations include:Claverach Farm & Vineyard

Due to the number of guests, Slow Food St. Louis will be transporting all guests on chartered vans from a parking location near Claverach’s Eureka farm. Details will be sent to ticket holders the week of the event, so a current email address should be used when purchasing tickets.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Slow Food St. Louis’ Educational Programming and Small Farm Micro Biodiversity Grant. In the past six years, it has given over $50,000 to local sustainable farmers to grow over 200 heirloom varieties of produce and to raise heritage breeds of animals.
