Ark of Taste Dinner Menu at The Libertine

Come to The Libertine the evening of April 13th for our first ever Slow Food St. Louis Ark of Taste Dinner. Help save endangered foods by eating them!

Menu Prepared by Executive Chef, Josh Galliano:

Mulefoot Hogs

1st Course
Mulefoot Hog
bologna, funyuns, yellow mustard spaetzle, potato chips, sauce charcuterie

2nd Course
Gulf Shrimp
asparagus ragout, squid ink – black garlic aioli, pirlou

3rd Course
Creole Cream Cheese
panna cotta, persimmons butter, sorghum gastrique
