A Peek at the Art of Food Menu….

We still have dishes coming in but here is a quick peak at the Friday night’s spectacular line up…..

1. Home Wine Kitchen/Table - Beet mousse with radish noodles and salmon roe

2. Kaldi’s Coffee – Panama Lerida Estate and Ethiopia Dama as espresso. Serving Capps, macchiatos , and spro

3. Sidney Street CafĂ© – Sweetbread corn dogs with peach ketchup

4. Libertine - Pumpkin Burrata, black walnut butter, bok choy

5. Hickey College - Watermelon Salad

6. Sanctuaria – Egg white tortilla with chili tomato chutney and lime queso fresco.

7. Perennial Artisan Ales – Meatballs

8. Niche – Hen of The Woods with fermented potato, slightly dried peach, \”chorizo\” butter, arugula yoghurt

9. Nico – Rabbit sausage with Hen of the Woods mushroom. Amontillado sherry, sage brown butter sauce. Pickled Huckleberry

10. Salume Beddu – Mixed Roasted Meatballs (spicy and not spicy) in Sugo Rosemary and Garlic Focaccia Salumi Platters

11. Entre – Chicken & Waffles

12. Strange Donuts – Perennial Peach Berliner Weisse and MO Peach Donut

13. 4 Seasons Bakery – Apfel-Kaesekuchen with caramelized apple cider sauce, homemade creme fraiche and an oatmeal pecan crisp

14. Companion Bakery – Caraway Pretzel Cheese Croissants using aged cheddar from Marcoot
