Description: Please join us for SLOWednesday on July 10 at Schlafly Bottleworks at 7:30 pm for an engaging conversation and screening about what Slow Food is and how we can find our way through the complexities of industrial food and small farms to eating Good, Clean, and Fair food. We plan to screen our Ask Before You Eat shorts series as well as release a new short film on a local producer, Live Springs Farm. If you haven’t been to a Slow Food event or are still wondering what a Slow lifestyle is about, this is the meeting for you. If you are a regular attenddee, we look forward to gleaning your expertise on leading your own slow lifestyle.
