Event: A Culinary Tour of Mexico @ Milagro Monday, October 17
It’s been some time since Slow Food co-hosted a dinner and we are thrilled to announce that Monday, October 17, Chef Jason Tilford, of Milagro Modern Mexican, will help us preserve food traditions as he takes Slow Food St. Louis on a culinary tour of Mexico.The five course dinner will begin at 6:30PM and will cost $40 (tax & gratuity not included). Also included, after dinner Jason’s brother and co-owner of Milagro, Adam Tilford will hold a complimentary Tequila tasting to teach us about the various types of tequila and people’s misconceptions of what is one of our finest sipping liquors.
