Kimberley — Thanks for posting this on my Locavore blog. Our move back to St. Louis is taking us on a little trip through Barnes Jewish Hospital for some surgery Greg needs, and he won’t be moving around a great deal by the 12th, which is too bad because he’s the butter fan in the family. But we appreciate the post, and will hope to be up for future events. Turned out Dave (the other comment posted) lives three blocks from us in UC — small world — so we will have lots of local foods support in our new home :-).

Hi, I found your site after being inspired by the book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle. I’m interested in viewing this film, could I come to the meeting as well? Is it open to everyone?

    Elisabeth,

Slow Food is not the one showing the film–we are just moving our meeting to that location as we all want to view it too.

However, we would love to have you come to our meeting as well. We never enforce people’s actual membership to be a part of our meetings as we believe the more the merrier.
